1. Overview

Atreo Labs Ltd. ("we", "us") is committed to preventing the misuse of atreoLINK. If you believe that a user of our service is violating our Acceptable Use Policy or engaging in illegal activity, please report it using the process below.

2. What to Report

You should report any activity that you believe constitutes:

  • Hosting of phishing pages, scam websites, or malware on an atreo.link subdomain
  • Distribution of illegal content served from an atreo.link subdomain
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Use of the remote access tunnel as a public proxy, VPN, or relay for attacks
  • Push notification abuse: spam, unsolicited marketing, or scam messages delivered via our push relay
  • Subdomain impersonation of brands, public figures, or services
  • Copyright or intellectual property infringement
  • Any other violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service

3. How to Report

Send your report to reportabuse@atreolabs.com with the following information:

  • A description of the abusive activity
  • The subdomain, URL, or IP address involved (if known)
  • The date and time you observed the activity
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, logs, headers)
  • Your contact information so we can follow up if needed

4. What Happens Next

  • Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge your report within 2 business days.
  • Investigation: We will investigate the reported activity and take appropriate action, which may include warning the account holder, suspending the account, or terminating the account.
  • Serious violations: For activity involving illegal content, active attacks, or CSAM, we may act immediately and report to law enforcement as required.
  • Follow-up: Where appropriate, we will notify you of the outcome. Due to privacy obligations, we may not be able to share specific details about actions taken against another user's account.

5. Copyright Infringement (DMCA / UK CDPA)

We accept copyright takedown notices under both the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act and the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. If you believe content accessible through atreoLINK infringes your copyright, please send a notice to reportabuse@atreolabs.com that includes:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed
  2. Identification of the material you believe is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
  3. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

5.1 Counter-Notice

If you are the alleged infringer and believe content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to reportabuse@atreolabs.com that includes:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal
  2. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (and, if you are located in the United States, the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the affected content within 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in the infringing activity.
